From the moment I entered to the second I left, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and brought all around great energy. I was given a tour of the facility and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. The facility was clean, aesthetically beautiful, and parking underground was a huge plus.

I loved the private rooms, the features and the flexibility of getting ready afterwards. The amount of towels supplied were enough. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner were literally the best smelling ever. Very happy with the experience.

So calming and relaxing, my check in lady was so friendly and explanatory as well. Genuinely left so calm and relaxed I wish I could have had two hours.
Love how relaxed I feel. Didn’t love that room was broken so I went to a new room w higher tubs and then that sauna hadn’t been on so I switched again after I had showered first

The sauna was relaxing, peaceful and CLEAN! The cold plunge was shocking and amazing invigorating at the same time. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and alert! The experience was better than we could have hoped for.
