From intro to exit, it was an incredible experience. The facilities are clean, conveniently located, and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and adequate time to enjoy everything. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a monthly plan—I’m already looking forward to coming back! The hostess was AMAZING! She explained everything, made us feel welcome. She was professional and beyond helpful. She was the difference in us having a one time experience and a 2 visit a month membership. The location was beyond clean.

The sauna and relaxing music felt amazing. Personally, I just wasn’t a fan of the cold plunge. Though experiencing it for myself was interesting.
