I am a truck driver and the daily life of the road cars traffic employment times is very nice to be able to relax your muscles in the cold plunge and infrared sauna very very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Becca was incredibly knowledgeable with the product and equipment being offered. She gave me a tour of everything from the water machine to the infrared bed to the sauna rooms to the back entrance to the hairdryer area to the restrooms and beyond!!! I left there feeling so educated on modern day recovery techniques and ended up purchasing a package for my husband for our anniversary. I can’t wait to return!

Would it be my first experience MC at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave her suggestions. I love the private suites experience and I will definitely be returning as I did see immediate return.

Loved the experience! but it's a bit too expensive for a membership so while i have told my friends how great it is, none of them will join. I'm essentially in the same boat as I already have a NOW massage subscription and need to consider if I want to switch or just do drop ins.
Friendly staff, extremely rejuvenating experience that builds mental endurance and creates a long high afterwards.
Only recommendation is to add handles and softer flooring near the cold plunge for safety.

It was a great experience. I was a little nervous at first but everything was clean and in order. I really enjoyed my time.
I really loved the experience. I would love to have the option of longer sessions as the time goes fast. I loved the sauna, cold plunge, and the vitamin c shower. My skin was glowing all weekend!
Terrific experience. I had never done a cold plunge before. And while I did not fully immerse myself in the cold plunge (only up to my waist), it left me feeling invigorated afterwards. I really enjoyed my time and will do it again, for sure.
Studio was easy to find, parking close by and staff were super friendly. The suites themselves are very spacious and bright.
I loved the amenities and the private suite aspect. Just can’t afford it, if every drop in were 25$ i’d probably do it once a month or so
I loved the privacy and the tv/sound system a lot. I think it made it feel more personalized rather than a traditional communal spa area. I also really like the toiletries you provided
