I enjoyed my little tour before i went to my suite. The young lady made me feel comfortable my first time. She explained everything my cold plunge was filled pass the line. It was water all over the floor before i even got in my socks got wet cause they fell on the floor while i was in tbe sauna. Which i loved my whole experience was awesome.
Jacob was very helpful! He usually works at Strongsville so he was just filling in, but when I tried to book a same day appointment there was no spots online. When I arrived, he was aware of a possible opening and helped me ask. My friend and I was able to get in the next hour!
Also very good at bringing up promotions so you can get the best bang for your buck!
