Everything, I loved that I was able to sit with my thoughts without someone popping in on me every 10 mins. I love the introverted experience. Sometimes you just want to be left to your thoughts. I loved the cleanliness. While it was a total pleasure being able to sit alone; I wasn’t left clueless on how to use the facility or what to expect, and that was the best part. It was such a great experience. I went there for a nervous system and reset and I received that and more.

How well the lady explained everything and was very kind.

Absolutely top-tier experience. Doing the sauna-to-cold-plunge circuit left me in that perfect sweet spot: deeply relaxed, completely clear-headed, and surprisingly energized. I left feeling like a brand-new person.

I loved how relaxed I was able to feel while in the sauna and cold plunge. I liked the freedom to go at my own pace and enjoy myself. The whole room is super modern and cozy. Most of all I loved how relaxed I felt leaving and how my body was so calm and comfortable.
