Friendly staff and the privacy of the experience is what keeps me coming back. Cold plunge is great and the sauna is customizable to my preferences. It’s why I keep coming back.

I love the upscale feeling the excellent facilities the beautiful sauna with music, cold plunge and vitamin C shower. I was so relaxed when I got home. I had to take a nap.!

I had a wonderful experience my first time at sweathouz. Previously I had only been to contrast therapy locations that were communal and the privacy here was really lovely and added a decompressing space that I enjoyed. The staff were very kind as well. Will definitely be back!
