The sauna felt amazing. The cold plunge felt good, but it is tall and slippery so a little difficult to get in and out. The shower border at the bottom should be replaced or reset with caulking because it leaks. I still loved the experience and wish the prices were a little more competitive. I would recommend to friends and family and might buy gift cards for family members to also try. Your staff is awesome and extremely friendly and helpful when explaining the process. Thank you!

Fully serviced!! Our Room was ready and clean! I liked the hand written note. I appreciate the ability to adjust the temperatures of the tub and sauna. All of my questions were answered.
I would have preferred one more bathroom in the space. Also, drinking waters in the room would have been helpful. Overall, great experience!

I really enjoyed the whole experience. The cold purge. I gotta work harder to stay longer. The sanua was pleasant and the shower was relaxing.
Things to address.
Hair in shower, and on blow dryers. I did see hair in the purge and I'm hoping it was cleaned and treated before I got in if this shared water.? People have skin disease and others have sensitive skin. Hygiene!!
Other than that it's a great place to detox your body and spend 1 hour with yourself in your busy life.
I give it 3.5 stars only because of the hair. 4.5 star on the customer service and marketing and a 5 on the suites, atmosphere and vibes. I will definitely be back and have recommended it several other people today.

My partner and I had a great experience at SWTHZ! The private room had all the accommodations we could ask for, and we had absolutely no problems during our visit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt state-of-the-art. The whole setup had a classy, relaxing atmosphere that made it a great experience for both of us. We’ll definitely be coming back!
