Staff always friendly
We loved it! For some reason I thought bring ur guest is less than $15, but didn’t realize it’s $25. Usually, in my package, bring a guest for the first time is free? I may be wrong.

Private suites that are clean, sauna was heated at perfect temperature. It was a great experience
I loved the privacy and luxurious feel! I do wish, however, for the price point that we were alloted a little longer than 60mins. To do the contrast therapy and also shower and change, it’s a bit of a hurry which takes away from the relaxing experience. 75mins would be perfect!

The new girl at the front desk that helped me was so kind and made my experience comfortable. The place was clean and the session was amazing but she really made it great.
Friendly staff, very cowan facilities
I wish I could’ve kept the membership but my time to be able to attend was limited. I loved the experience. I wish I could maybe do it twice a month but I just could not sustain the four times a month. I would recommend this experience to anybody who was interested because it is relaxing and yet gives energy at the end of each session.

It was first time for me and my wife and we had a great experience with the facility. It was very clean and calm environment and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a walk through of their facility and very throughout about services that they offer.

Love the infrared sauna. I wasn’t used to the cold plunge. So I only lasted 2 or 3 minutes.
But the staff were friendly. The place was clean. And I actually forgot my time slot, and they made room for me to reschedule the same day.
the woman upfront was so sweet and pleasant and informative!
