Having a private suite so you can be comfortable and now be surrounded by a bunch of people. the allotted time was a good amount. One of my favorite parts was after the time was done they didn’t rush you to get changed and you were able to use dysons to blow out and style your hair etc.

What an excellent experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming and calming, the facility was spotless, and the customer service was top-notch. Grace deserves special recognition—she fit me in on short notice and was genuinely attentive throughout, taking time to walk me through the process with clear, helpful explanations. I can’t wait to return and will definitely upgrade to a membership plan once I’m able. Highly recommend!

Hospitality provided by Angelina from the moment I walked in the door. I was not sure what to expect (the email did not indicate how I should dress - bathing suit, shorts & tshirt, etc. - but came prepared with bathing suit and swimming shorts.
Angelina answered all my questions and provided me with the amenities and showed me to my suite. She was very attentive and asked me how my experience was afterwards.
Would certainly plan to visit again. Have a feeling that the cold water plunge was just what my body needed to get a great night’s sleep tonight. It would be worth the price of admission if I do!

The staff is fantastic and friendly. The rooms are always clean. The temperature is always preset to my preferred settings. The atmosphere is relaxing and great experience to start, interrupt, or finish your day.
