The staff interacted with were wonderful. Friendly, courteous, they explained everything to me and answered my questions before I even had to ask. They made the experience what it was.
The suites are great, the water offered when I arrived was refreshing. Everything is clean and modern. The sauna was comfortable, the plunge tub took some getting used to and the whole experience was fantastic.
I love the actual sauna and cold plunge its self but the employees are always so friendly. I haven’t been in about a year and the woman at the front even remembered me still! They’re always so kind and helpful and I also love the added touch of the vanity stations where I can even get ready for dinner at if I needed to. 100/10 experience I love it there
Typically, my experiences are wonderful. However, my last visit, to a studio I don’t usually go to (chestnut hill), performed a bit under par. There was a nor’easter and I was 6 minutes late because of the driving conditions. This was deducted from my total time, which I understand. But, at times, I think these restrictions should be waived. Also, I was left without a towel to dry my body after my final shower. So there were 2 placed in the sauna, for sauna use, but not any for shower use. I think they forgot to place one by the cold plunge tub.
