It was our first time doing anything like this, and our experience couldn’t have been better! We were treated so kindly, and given a quick tour of the facility! We were also shown how to use everything, and given helpful information about what to expect, etc. Everything was clean, and the amenities are great! 10/10 experience!

I love the cold plunge being in the same room for a more personal experience. Just wish it was longer.
Everything is always clean. The staff are super friendly. It’s a convenient location for me, as I can easily walk there. And I’m now obsessed with the sauna/cold plunge combo.
I like the whole concept and feel a difference in my recovery when I take a session. I like being able to shower considering the chlorine smell from the cold plunge is a lot for me. I do believe there should be a 10 min grace period before and after to get settled instead of feeling rushed.
