Had such a great experience at SweatHouz in Garwood today! I went with a friend and we both absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was so relaxing, clean, and peaceful from the moment we walked in. The staff was welcoming and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.
It was the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and do something good for ourselves while still getting to spend time together. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. Definitely recommend SweatHouz Garwood if you’re looking for a little self-care day or something different to do with a friend!

My experience at SweatHouz was amazing. Mel was so welcoming and explained the process from start to finish. She was spot on with everything, and made me feel so comfortable with it being my first time. The sauna and cold plunge experience was so cool! I had done saunas countless times, but the cold plunge was completely new to me. I definitely felt the effects just at my first visit, so I’m excited to see how doing it over time will impact me. Everything was so clean, luxe, and I truly felt like I was at a high end spa. The little details made the experience perfect. If you’ve wanted to try it, I highly recommend!
The entire experience! The sauna is amazing and the cold plunge is definitely an experience, but I feel the difference afterwards.

Very cool intimate experience. I have been involved with fitness and wellness my entire life and the concept is extremely cool! I would absolutely come back for more sessions. The staff was very kind and helpful and the facilities were extremely clean and moderate. Trust me you don’t know it yet, but you need this!
