My other option to sauna is at a community gym, which I try to avoid bc it’s filthy and nobody respects it. SweatHouz maintains a clean environment, the employees are welcoming and the solitude elevates the experience.
Staff was nice and helpful. Place was clean and seeing a staff member cleaning ensured me. Loved the experience of private room. Would love to see the additional option of red light therapy added.

The private room was nice
The associates who helped us were wonderful… we really appreciated getting a little tour of where everything was/how it worked. The experience itself was exactly what we were looking for on a dreary, rainy day. We left feeling so much better than when we arrived and we appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel. I’ve already recommended it to friends…

I don’t even know where to begin. It was a wonderful experience from start till finish. Bella, the front desk attendant, was so kind and informative. My partner and I enjoyed the ability to watch a movie or listen to music while you were in the sauna. The cold plunge was exhilarating. We had such a good time. Definitely recommend it as a date for couples.

The young lady at the front was so knowledgeable and informative which was very helpful. She was super friendly and pleasant i LOVED the concept of everything being in one room; the suites. No guess work in this one…..a customer for life.
How refreshing it was! Very relaxing date night with the wife. The sauna was great and pairing that with the shower and cold plunge was perfect. That staff was also very detailed in getting us set up with everything we needed to know,

Great facility with privacy and professional equipment. Very clean with a large room that gave us plenty of room for drying off and changing. Employees and the manager were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We bought a very reasonably priced package that we look forward to starting very soon.
