It was a very different experience I had to had before. The heat of he sauna was great for the pain I've had in my leg. The place was clean and it was private and I felt comfortable.

Having a private suite with both the sauna and cold plunge was so peaceful and relaxing. It was nice just to block of an hour and do nothing but relax without any interruptions.
