Friendly staff, relaxing experience
Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous, spacious, private suites with state of the art infrared sauna, giant cold plunge where you control the temp, and showers in each suite where the water is infused with vitamin C. All around amazing experience , highly recommend.
The experience was great from the beginning. The staff was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was walked through the whole process, given recommendations based on my life, and comfortable with the process. It was a very relaxing environment and experience.

I had a great experience here! The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Jay, the receptionist, was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude made the experience even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who is genuinely pleasant and professional. Overall, a very nice and clean environment! I always leave feeling rejuvenated.
Went for the first time with my husband for our anniversary. It was such an incredible experience and all of the staff was so great! Highly recommend if you have never gone!

Easy service and clean facility
Love it all! The private suite is fabulous and that I have a full 60 minutes to get the most out of my experience is great! The suites are clean and towels are provided! I also love the vitamin C shower which allows me to leave my experience completely ready for whatever is next. It’s also really nice that they provide hair dryers as well. Highly recommend!!
Good sauna and tub, clean

Absolutely loved it so refreshing and body felt weightless after doing sauna then plunge! Hopefully I can get the membership soon.
