This was our first time at SWTHZ and we had such a great experience! The woman who helped us made us feel comfortable right away, walked us through everything, and made sure we had water and towels. She even had a cute birthday sign waiting for us in the sauna, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

It was my first time at sweat house, the staff was great. The private suite was wonderful. I enjoyed the sauna and the cold plunge. The vitamin C infused shower had my skin feeling really good.

I think it was an amazing and unique experience I definitely enjoyed it, and so did my girlfriend. We were both surprised how nice it was for a small room, and its cleanliness. We both are definitely coming back again very soon.

This is a very similar setup I want to start back home and you guys got it down to the tea I would add a hiperbaric chamber or something that separates you from the rest but understand it comes at a price tag.
