The whole experience was very relaxing and the facility was very clean and well kept.
I like that it’s relaxing & clean - my only wish is that the hot and cold plunge were in the same room. I do not want to end on cold. I like to do rounds of hot and cold. Also the front desk could explain the benefits and cycle a bit better but they were super nice and accommodating.

Pretty lady at the host desk was awesome and shared everything really well. Gove her a raise and the guy who showed me my room and how to use everything deserves raise as well.

Your private rooms are set up wonderfully. Great sauna, shower and cold plunge. I especially thought your plunge was set up very safely. I signed up for your unlimited when I left, which should tell you how I feel about my experience

As soon as I walk in, I am greeted and handed a cool cloth to proceed to my session. Everything is always clean and towels set up in the room. When I leave, the desk person always asks how my time went. It is always amazing and restorative in the best way. Thank you for bringing SWTHZ to Canton OH!
