The Customer Service was top-notch. I really love how clean it was. The sauna was my favorite. But I was glad that I was able to stay up to a minute in the cold plunge. It was refreshing and definitely needed.
The facilities were stellar. Jasmine was a superstar! And we really appreciated the first-visit being comped not just the entire session, but also the water and Element! First-class all the way!
