I walked out of there feeling brand new. The room was very clean and exactly like what I saw online. The staff was very personable, kind and knowledgeable. The styling area was a cherry on top allowing me to leave with my hair dry. And i absolutely love the red light therapy as well. Overall 10/10 experience

Overall it was great, check in easy, front desk personnel was very friendly and informative. The environment was clean and inviting. I absolutely loved the infrared sauna. The cold plunge was challenging but invigorating. I did also enjoy the hair bar afterwards. I will be coming back!

I enjoyed the entire experience! From the welcome and explanation that I received from Kiersten to the full experience of the sauna/shower/cold plunge, it was fabulous. I was concerned that the sauna would be too hot and the cold plunge would be too cold (you’re probably wondering why I decided to do this in the first place!) but Kiersten reassured me and gave me some tips. The facility was immaculate and I appreciated having the styling station after. It was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I highly recommend it!

The staff were so sweet and welcoming right off the bat! We had a big group and they were patient with us and explained everything clearly. The suite was super nice and the amenities are a real nice touch. I would love to go again!
