The private room is nice and the ease of movement between the sauna, shower and cold plunge.
I really loved this experience! I’m already a big fan of saunas and wellness experiences, and this was such a cool and unique way to do it. I love that it’s easy to book for some time to yourself, but you can also bring someone and enjoy the experience together. Everything was super clean and private, everyone was friendly, and the whole experience was just easy and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the most high end cold plunge/sauna experience I have had. Everything that could have been thought of has been. I cannot wait to go back!

I absolutely love SweatHouz! The contrast therapy itself is fantastic. Alternating between the sauna and cold plunge has made a real, positive impact on both my physical and mental health. The customer experience is great from start to finish, and having my own private sauna and cold plunge feels like a true luxury. On top of that, it's conveniently close to home and genuinely affordable. I can't recommend it enough!
