Whole experience is good, room was a little small but doable.
For the most part I am happy with the experiences at the Reston VA location. Here are some notes.. It would be nice if some units had another clock to utilize in the units when the tub faces away from the current clock. The heating elements in the saunas are not consistent from unit to unit as some cut off at low temperatures and do not make for a pleasant experience as part of the contrast therapy advertisement. The majority of speakers inside the saunas are not connected to the TV via Bluetooth for the experiences Not sure but this connectivity should be turned on prior to the scheduled session. I saw a notice about flooding today as well. As a standard practice I would recommend 5-6 towles per unit and to remind the guests prior to the session about the flooding potential for each unit and how to avoid this as part of the interaction with the clients prior to the session. To me having sings posted with fines seem to diminish the spa and relaxation environment experience in my opinion.
