The caretakers are fantastic. They love every dog and treat them as their own. Always willing to help with anything I need.

Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly
I don’t have enough good things to say! The staff love my dog, Tess, like she is their own- which I love so much. We boarded her in December and she got a little home sick. They did everything to try and make her happy, let us know to come and pick her up as soon as we were able, and then followed up about how she was doing over the next couple of days. Tess is always so happy play there and is adores by everyone. It’s so reassuring to be able to bring her to a safe, clean, loving place! I can not thank everyone there enough 😊

Everyone is friendly. I love that I can drop the babies off and they are able to be around other dogs and be social. They seem to love being there. I love that they are exhausted when they get home. I love that I don’t have to drive home on my lunch breaks to let them out and to potty.
My dog is old and I had to cancel a couple of appt. She had really grown out and was in bad shape when I took her in to be groomed. They did a remarkable job on grooming her and getting her back to the cute little dog she is.

Faster response to questions over email. Additional ways of communicating. I didn't receive a report after the first day, and it wasn't clearly conveyed that I would be charged for the pet's bath on the last day
Whiskey and T-Rex are always happy to stay with their Dogtopia South Waterfront friends. Kudos to the staff members for taking good care of our dogs. We feel confident and at ease every time we are back with them.

My dog Nacho is happy at Dogtopia, I recommend it 100%.
The communication has improved over the past few months, but is still lacking compared to local dog daycares. We have booked a nail trim during three separate boardings and it has not been done when we pickup our dog. It was even offered to us at drop off by the front desk attendant asking if we wanted to add any spa services so we did, but then for it to repeatedly not be done is frustrating. We love how our dog is treated kindly though and the staff is very friendly at pickup and drop off!

K-Man has been going here for appx 3 yrs. Great staff, great & safe place, and he loves playing with all his buddies!! Definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here for a fulfilling active day!
Very nice facility, amazing staff that interacts well with pups and truly loves them all. They are so genuinely excited when my pup arrives. The staff is creative offering activities and snacks. It is a bright time in my day to chat with staff during drop off and pick up. They also support the community
The staff is fabulous and we love how much they care about Nelson. He has the best time when he is at daycare, comes home tired and happy, and every morning he gets up and bugs us to go to school!
My dogs love the daycare. Blaze loves Trey and Trey has been amazing for his temperament.
Not a fan of all the turnover. I do like Brandon, I hated Reggie from day 1. But also don't like that yall got rid of Vee. I realize we don't know the interworkings but she held the place together basically when there was no GM and no guidance. So its hard to imagine that corporate didn't have some fault. We had some really good people that loved the dogs over a 6 months span. Its not their fault the owners don't know how to market the business and drive numbers. But yes if my dogs are taken care of then I am happy. I do not love the inconsistencies but I put that blame on ownership.
The staff cares for Celereah as he was their own. They quickly learned that he has separation anxiety and they try to make him feel safe by putting his home blanket in the crate during sleepy time. Thank you all!
Everyone is so professional and courteous! More importantly all the Staff at Towson genuinely care about our baby.
They never fail to be enthusiastic about my dog. And whenever I have a request, it is immediately responded to.
I like Dogtopia because it is so easy and so good. It is so easy to schedule, change the schedule, and even add a dog that you are temporarily pet sitting. Everyone at Dogtopia works with me to help me care for my pets. And Dogtopia is so good - my dogs get excellent care in an excellent facility from truly excellent people. Rarely is something so easy also so good.
Coaches are great-friendly and caring to our pooch. Good availability for hours.
