The team was fantastic from the very first phone call. We’re regulars at the Canton location, but since I have the store next door to your Solon location and we had a movie filming that day, I thought we'd try the this location.
I called ahead to ask whether we needed to schedule a meet & greet or complete anything in the app. The ladies told me to just come in and that we’d figure everything out together.
My dog and I arrived during what seemed like peak drop-off time, but the team handled everything seamlessly. We ran into a few minor app issues, but I left my phone number and let them know I was right next door if they needed anything. Shortly after, they texted to let me know they had resolved the video access so I could check on Augie Doggie.
I was especially impressed watching how your coaches manage the Toy Box. They kept the room moving with quick redirection and very minimal crate use. In comparison, the Canton location seems to rely much more heavily on crates. It was refreshing to see such calm, confident control of the room.
At pickup, there was a little uncertainty about whether payment would process through the Canton location, but I assured them to just call me if anything was needed since I’m next door often. I received a link to pay today, which I promptly did.
Overall, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and my dog made some new friends. It was a wonderful experience.
The staff is super friendly, and my dog gets so excited to go, which says everything. I love being able to check in on the webcam, and the on-site groomers make it so convenient. Such a great experience all around!
The groomers take very good care of our babies. We are happy with the service we receive each visit. The pricing is fair market value for the services provided.

I love knowing that my dog is safe, cared for and having fun while he is there. The staff are all so kind and friendly- they treat my dog as if he's their own and he loves going. I also love the cute photo backdrops they have monthly and the thoughtful cards they give out throughout the year. The personal touches go a long way and maintain the feeling of my dog being in great hands. I rave about Dogtopia all the time.
The services like a quick bath before picking up. Making sure there’s quiet time for the dogs.

We’ve used Dogtopia of The Shire at CityLine in Richardson for several years and across multiple dogs, and they’ve been outstanding every single time. The staff always greets us with a smile - often remembering us and our dogs by name. The facility is hands-down the cleanest dog daycare we’ve ever used, and it shows.
Watching the webcams during the day, we regularly see staff cleaning play areas and floors, which gives us total peace of mind. Our dogs always come home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for.
When our last dog Rawlins passed away, the team sent us a heartfelt condolence card and still asks about him to this day - an incredibly thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about how much they truly care.
We now bring our new puppy here and also work with their trainer, Geo, who is fantastic. As a former military member, his calm, structured approach works wonders—from large adult dogs to energetic puppies.
We trust this team completely and wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.

I’m always impressed by the creative activities they come up with, from themed days to tasty treats that keep her mentally and physically engaged. Knowing she’s in such a fun, safe, and loving environment gives me peace of mind.

Concern for animals in their care
The constant changes to prices and policies makes planning and budgeting difficult. I understand the economics are constantly putting pressure on your budget, but a bit more warning, or smaller changes, with more time to adjust would be helpful for the pet owners.
My dog really enjoys going there, and I really do like the people who work there, but I'm second guessing whether the constant increases and changes is worth it for us.
The hours are flexible the staff is friendly and my dog comes home with his energy released!!
