Everyone is very nice and seem to love animals. They know my dog and take good care of him when he’s in daycare. They also assist in getting Oliver inside from the car as he is a large and strong lab.

We love everything about Dogtopia! My puppy gets so excited from the moment he knows that he’s coming there. Once he gets there your friendly and fun staff greets him with love. He gets super excited and makes his way to the playroom where he greets all his friends. Since coming to Dogtopia he has learned so much and never wants to leave there. We appreciate your accommodating weekday and weekend hours. In addition, we love that you have spa service which is very convenient for us. We also love the fact that you offer boarding services. Knowing that we are leaving our baby in good hands each day and even over night if boarding makes us feel so happy and at ease. Also, we absolutely love the Webcam. Being able to watch our baby while he’s there is an added bonus.

You all know us and we know you take care of our dogs. We love the attention they get.
The only reason I gave a 10 is due to lack of response.
An example of this happened Saturday. My dog was there for the day. Late in tge afternoon I realized I wouldn't make it by 7 for pickup.
I called and left a message asking if she could spend the night. I asked for a return call confirming it was fine.
After three more calls with me panicking I finally received a call back. Took over 3 hours.
Yesterday was the first day for Cole. I felt at ease leaving him to play for the day. It was really challenging for me to leave him anywhere and he seems to love going there. Im glad I took a chance with dogtopia
The staff are very attentive to the dogs. If they see any problems between certain dogs, they'll separate them. Our dog is very tired when she comes home after getting so much exercise.

Much like other big chains, communication gets lost.
Everyone that I encountered was so nice & caring. I don’t think my dog had a bad time but when I got on the camera I witnessed him throwing up and pooping. Two separate scenarios. All normal things but i don’t love the way it was handled. When he threw up, I wish someone would’ve reached out.
Secondly, when I witnessed him pooping: it’s unlike him to poop where he “plays”. So how often are the dogs taken to a proper place to potty? It also took the individual at least 5 min to pick up the poop. I watched him walk over to his poop twice and sniff.
I’m wanting a place that is more attentive.

Ziggy came home with a red eye and discharge. We had to take him to vet to get eye drops on Sunday. That was $195. We had also gotten the spa package but he didn’t smell good. When I called to ask - they checked video and said he was in the bathtub. They refunded us $30. Are you able to do a portion of the vet bill?

Ty absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! It has been key resource for us since he struggles with separation anxiety. The moment he hears, "Let's go play!" he knows exactly where we're headed and gets so excited.
The team is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. We highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy daycare for their dog!

Every time I drop Suki off I know she's in good hands! I never have to worry, and every staff member is friendly.
The staff is wonderful to our dogs and they always take such good care of our girls. The girls always come home so happy!
