I like that the dogs can play for hours and get tired. The staff is polite and caring. The only thing that I would suggest is to offer additional services. For example, outdoor walks.
Super friendly staff anx management. All my questions regarding care while I would be away were answered. My dog has great time while in daycare I friendly see she gets attention while in play room from staff.
The process for signing up and getting her started was very quick and easy. Very friendly staff!
The attendant in the gym that day paid zero attention to the dogs, as I saw on the Nest cameras. He had his back to them constantly, allowing dogs to fight, and not cleaning up excrement.
The staff is ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. And they attend to all of the dogs like they are their own.
Lucy loves coming to Dogtopia. Since I am working full time right now Lucy comes 5 days a week. She is doing well but hits the bed when we get home!!! . Lucy is so lucky to have such a wonderful team who cares for her.

My dog learned the words daycare and play after his first visit. He was more than anxious to return. Also, I like the flexibility of setting times for my dog visits and I like the fact that Dogtopia is open on Saturdays and Sundays.
I was nervous at first being Sheba’s first visit. They took her back. And she came out feeling soft and smelling good as ever. She will definitely be back. Thanks y’all

Consistency, ease of booking and video monitoring
I found the staff very friendly and the groomer was able to handle my deaf Cocker Spaniel who if very difficult to groom
The staff is friendly and professional . It is very easy to schedule services.
We were disappointed when our dog came back with conjunctivitis and the Vet confirmed that she also had other dogs from Dogtopia who were being treated. It was an expensive and additional cost . We reported to Dogtopia and there was no compensation like a free day care, or spa day.
Our pup is SO excited to go back with the staff. Love checking on her on the webcam during the day!!

Dogtopia is an amazing place for max. He looks forward to his weekly day. The staff treat max like their own and that makes us as fur parents so happy. If you haven’t tried dogtopia for your doggie you should.

Everyone there is kind to both the people and the dogs. They go out of their way to make sure your dog has a wonderful and safe experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place for their four legged family member for a few hours or days.
