I love the way Efren took care of me when I brought my dismantled Schwinn Mtn bike into the shop after a minor meltdown. Once I started taking it apart I realized I was not able to put it back together. Efren was so helpful. He figured it out and put it back together good as new. After that, what else could I do but drop a couple of G’s down and get a fabulous E Bike!!! Lol! The bike is such a pleasure to ride and the service keeps me coming back. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone interested in the joys of biking, regardless of what level of biking skills they may be at. American M-e-bike Por Vida!!!

Driving by the store and Google searches

I had a flat back tire. I took my bike into the Trek store on Broadway, and had the tire changed within a few minutes. Great service!

Also, Ezekiel noticed that my seat stem was too short to actually be safe and suggested a better one, which I was able to purchase in the store. He also suggested a better and easier way to mount my bike on the car rack.

Ezekiel was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I left feeling I had received great service. One can't ask for better than that.

Trek is a great value for the money. Sales reps and service techs know what they are doing.
