I had a high regard for the repair team at Bike World before they were absorbed by Trek a week or so ago. Although apprehensive whether they were going to be as good as before under new ownership, I was pleasantly relieved that their quality of service was every bit as good as it was before, and probably even better with their new goal for 24-hour turnaround for service. Kudos for Trek, they're new overlords, for keeping the same personnel, and personable service to mesh with their repair and maintenance expertise. And icing on the cake is how much better their shop looks (at least at their Alamo Heights location on Broadway).

Trek makes a good bike staff knows bikes. Great location for me. Service is too expensive though.

This Verve 2 is a dream of a bike. The ride on the trails and up a steep hill were amazing with the electric bike. I love this Bosch and would recommend Trek Bicycle to everyone because of the attentiveness and service. Thank you.
