The insulated water bottles were a hugge step up from the cheap plastic ones I had. Gilbert was realy helpful and also suggested an electrolyte mix that was affordable and pretty tasty. Both came in clutch on the 30 mile gravel ride I did the following day

Staff is very welcoming and friendly as soon as you enter the store. There was an extra part on my invoice that wasnât quoted, but the reason was thoroughly explained and demonstrated when I asked about it. Satisfied with the service that was done on my mountain bike and will be bringing my road bike in for service soon. 10 out of 10!!

Yâall had what I needed. I was having a hard time finding a helmet for my âfatâ head. After taking to your salesman Mr. Lou, he assured me that they had XL size . I rushed right over and âboomâ I now have a helmet

I'm giving TREK. A 10 because of the service we received from Jake & Tim. We've been helped by Jake the last 3 times we've been to Trek. Everytime he was so patient & helpful. He's honestly the reason we kept going back to that location because I actually live closer to another location. The last time I went we were helped by Tim & Tim was phenomenal as well. He was so sweet, patient & knowledgeable. Never did I feel pressured into anything but I left feeling more informed & taken care of. The next time I need to stop into a bike store ill go out of my way to go to Trek on Broadway.
