Great service all around. Mario in service was very helpful and friendly and got my bike back to me in tip-top shape in short order.

The mechanics, Ian in particular, are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a Shimano electronic shifter and get a tune up for this Spring, and my Emonda rides like new. they are also good stewards of the customer's money, in my opinion. I have been trading with the Alamo Height location for decades.

I believe that Trek's R & D is as good or better than most, that being said their technology has kept up on every aspect of Cycling . As for the service at the local level you can't beat the guys and gals out on front or in the back all are friendly knowledgeable and all are willing to help and explain what is needed and why. And they never try too sell you a bill off good's you don't need at what ever level of Cycling your at.

Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were selecting the right bike and equipment for our plans. He also spent countless hours making sure everything was the correct fit. We visited other stores in town, but we received the best attention at Alamo Heights by far!

I'm not a huge review person but my experience was so great figured I'd write something.
I stopped by a Trekk that is a bit more up north compared to where I normally go to see if they had an Allant8+ because of the recent sale.

They were out of stock but showed me similar bikes and called a Trekk closer to my house and confirmed the bike was there.

After work I stopped by and Tim helped get me sized for two options and I left with a bike and all the needed accessories. I've been wanting this bike for SO long and the sale pushed me over the edge.

Team made it super easy and I love my new work ride.
