We are new to Trek and we had a great experience with our Alamo Height location. Tim was super thorough and knowledgeable as we shopped for a new bike for our son. He helped us find him the best bike and helmet for his size - now we cannot get him off his bike!! :) This was our first time at Trek and we can already tell we will be a part of the Trek family for years to come.

great this guy with a handlebar mustache was real polite, helpful and overall informative when I brought my old bike in. told me specifically what he could do for it and any other issues I could come in for another time if I wanted to. 10 outta 10 love that man made it seem like his job was fun
