I arrived at your location 20 minutes after 6 PM. I was informed that the store closed at six. Tim was gracious enough to allow me to come in the store and inquire about a rear tube replacement. Ian was willing to assist me with the repair after normal business hours. Tim and Ian were courteous and accommodating with my repair.

I brought my bike in for a Level 2 tune up. The customer service I received was excellent. Efren Rodriguez, the sales person, was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. While I waited, he quickly replaced a part on my brake, so I could still ride my bike while the new part was ordered. Then, when I brought my bike back in for the tune up service, Efren said he would try to get my bike serviced by the next day, even though he said there were many orders being serviced. I told him that was ok, as I would be out of town for a few days, and not to worry about it. However, I ended up not going out of town, so I called Efren back the next day and asked if it would be possible to expedite the service as he had earlier offered. He said he would see what he could do, but that they were very busy. To my great surprise, at the end of the following day, a Saturday, I received a text advising that my bike was ready! I went in the next day, a Sunday, to pick it up, and was able to ride it that evening. The tune up work was done by Ezquiel Garcia, who did an excellent job. Everything seemed to be in order, and I am looking forward to many months of riding before I need to return for service. Thank you Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights!!

Loved the options of bicycles offered. Lots of accessories to choose from. The service was impeccable. Tim helped me pick a bicycle qmade for my height, type of terrain I would be riding and made sure it fit. He also suggested the safety equipment to have placed on the bike and my head. Plus, the service staff in the workshop put all accessories on the bicycle before I left. I haven’t ridden a bicycle in 30 years but I must say I really enjoyed my 5 mile ride 2 days later, everything was in top working condition. Thanks guys!!! I’ll be going back for tune-ups and my bike rack.

Excellent service

A couple weeks back, took in front tire to have tube replaced and tire checked. Turned out to be a simple fix, replaced the rim protective band which may have caused the flat from spokes in rims.
Brought the whole bike back following week to have them do a service and ' tune up ',, they went thru it from front tire to back and everything in between ,,, rider was happy to get bike back and even more so after riding it . Said it actually rode smoother than when first bought ,, staff was great in talking with, understood what we wanted from start. Had a chance to over hear some interaction with a couple of other customers and they were just as patient and knowing with them as they were with me. Nice bunch to work with , will be going back as needed and quite possibly another bike tune up ...

My Experience at Trek on May 27 was THE Best

We came in to have a bike checked out. Ezekiel was wonderful and very patient with me even though very busy. I left the bike and the next day it was tuned up for a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Loyal to Trek since 2002, and going to the same location when it was BikeWorld, same great level of service and experienced rider/staff. Have purchased for my whole family through the decades this purchase was for my youngest first year at Texas aTm and needed a great mountain bike and Trek has a store in college station is a bonus.

Not everything’s goes as planed, I bought a bike and it developed several problems. The sales and service techs were outstanding, took care of the problems, I’m back peddling again.

Excellent customer service! I went to the store to buy a replacement tire for my kid’s bike, and a gentleman at the counter greeted me warmly and helped me right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great service and they even offer a military discount, which was a nice bonus!

I recently brought my bike into Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights to have the rear wheel straightened, and I was blown away by the service. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous from the moment I walked in. The technician went above and beyond, taking extra time to work on my wheel. Even though they significantly improved it, the tech wasn’t fully satisfied with the final result—and because of that, they didn’t charge me a cent.

He explained everything clearly, let me know the wheel was safe for a few more seasons, but recommended replacing it down the line. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency, not to mention the excellent customer service. When it’s time for a new wheel, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing bike service in San Antonio!
