Trek Alamo Heights is a fantastic shop!!
I recently brought them my favorite road bike that I have owned for 40 years. It is a Trek 1200 with Shimano 105 components. After moving to the Texas hill country 32 years ago, my Trek 1200 has sat under my carport for 3 decades. The seat and tires were dry rotted, cables needed replacing, hubs needed replacing, etc... I asked if they could restore it to it's former glory and give it tires that I could use on the chip seal roads where I live in Utopia. I also had them install horizontal brake levers as well. They did an AMAZING job on getting my bike to riding condition. I am thrilled! I plan on sending everyone to their shop. Great job guys!

From the Store Manager to the Shop Manager, to Mario and especially Ezekiel—everyone went above and beyond to get my Top Fuel back on the trail. Trek Alamo Heights isn’t exactly around the corner for me; I pass at least two other Trek stores on the 70-mile drive. But the team there makes it worth every mile. They see you as a person, not a number—and that makes all the difference.

Trek Bicycles of Alamo Heights has an excellent selection of bikes, and the technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to help customers on all facets of service and repair. Mario helped me with my selection of E BIKES, and was very understanding with my condition. of leukemia, which is why I’m purchasing an e-bike.

Nothing but great customer service here! I drove two hours from Corpus to get a bike that was in stock at a few stores in the area but randomly chose the Alamo Heights location and I’m glad that I did. Efren spent a lot of time with me helping me decide on pedals and other accessories I would need while riding. They made sure the bike was adjusted well and had me try out the bike so that if was a perfect fit and adjusted for me. When it came time to pay they even gave me some discounts which I’ll never be mad at. Great experience to what I thought would be just getting the bike and swiping my card. I thought I’d be in and out in 30 minutes max, but nope. They made sure everything was perfect before they let me go. I’m glad that I just so happened to pick this location. I’ll defiantly be back next time I’m in the are.
