Great service all around. Mario in service was very helpful and friendly and got my bike back to me in tip-top shape in short order.

The mechanics, Ian in particular, are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a Shimano electronic shifter and get a tune up for this Spring, and my Emonda rides like new. they are also good stewards of the customer's money, in my opinion. I have been trading with the Alamo Height location for decades.

Mario and Klaus are amazing! Diagnosed my problem within minutes if not seconds lol! Also took some time explaining what happened. Then went on to show me some good future products! Both of those guys are class acts, definitely plan to be back!
