My Experience at Trek on May 27 was THE Best

We came in to have a bike checked out. Ezekiel was wonderful and very patient with me even though very busy. I left the bike and the next day it was tuned up for a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have purchased for my whole family through the decades this purchase was for my youngest first year at Texas aTm and needed a great mountain bike and Trek has a store in college station is a bonus.

Not everything’s goes as planed, I bought a bike and it developed several problems. The sales and service techs were outstanding, took care of the problems, I’m back peddling again.

Very prompt and courteous acknowledgment from two employees within a minute after entering the store.

Excellent customer service! I went to the store to buy a replacement tire for my kid’s bike, and a gentleman at the counter greeted me warmly and helped me right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated the great service and they even offer a military discount, which was a nice bonus!

I recently brought my bike into Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights to have the rear wheel straightened, and I was blown away by the service. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous from the moment I walked in. The technician went above and beyond, taking extra time to work on my wheel. Even though they significantly improved it, the tech wasn’t fully satisfied with the final result—and because of that, they didn’t charge me a cent.

He explained everything clearly, let me know the wheel was safe for a few more seasons, but recommended replacing it down the line. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency, not to mention the excellent customer service. When it’s time for a new wheel, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing bike service in San Antonio!

Very helpful and knowledgeable bike service. I took a 2004 Gary Fischer mountain bike for a complete makeover and they made the bike better than new. Great recommendations! Expert work. You don’t need to take your bike anywhere else for service or repairs.

These are our second Trek bicycles. Our first ones are over 14 years old and have been great bicycles. They are still running well but we wanted to upgrade to a newer style bicycle. Tim at the Alamo Heights Trek store did a great job explaining the features of the Duel Sport 3 and made it easy for us to decide on selecting that model for our new bikes. Tim worked with us to ensure that we purchased the right size. Upon picking up the bikes he went over how to use the gears and made sure that we had the seats set at the right height. He was a joy to work with.
