I’m from the Dallas area and was in San Antonio riding my bicycle and noticed that my kickstand was loose and needed tightening. I asked one of the guys if they could take care of it for me and they took care of it immediately. Enjoyed visiting with Efre Rodriguez the store manager. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He spent time educating me on the bikes and addressed all my questions.

The staff at the Trek store on Broadway in San Antonio are skilled and eager to meet customer needs. I was a customer at Bike World for 25 years and the employees at the shop carry on the tradition of excellent service to the community. I am particularly impressed how Efren Rodriguez makes a personal effort to know and serve his customers.

The shop really stood behind their product when I had problems with the bike I purchased there. Went above and beyond to fix the problem.

Everyone at TREK was SO nice! They care so much about their customers, and everyone that works there is very passionate about cycling and education around cycling. I felt very safe and comfortable, and will absolutely recommend TREK to friends and family!

PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF

Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and they always greet me warmly.

The team was great - helped get my bike tuned up while keeping it within my budget. They explained what was happening every step of the way. They even provided a loaner bike so I wouldn't lose a day of riding. Very happy with the team.

I purchased a Sage Red FX1 Disc Gen 3, gorgeous paint job.

I noticed a few substitutions from the documented specs such as a different saddle (DDK) and tires (Kenda) rather than Bontrager, though quality was maintained.

The team at Alamo Heights were exceptional. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

The training service, saddle adjustment, tips, warranty info, and loading assistance upon pick up were much appreciated. Without a doubt, I knew I made an excellent purchase.
