The turnaround time was quick, and when I picked up my bike, it felt like new—smooth, quiet, and perfectly tuned. They also gave me tips on how to keep everything in top shape between services.

I came in for a tune-up on a questionable bike and left with a solid bike at a reasonable price and all the safety gear I need in roughly a half-hour, about a thousand bucks later. The sales guy was very knowledgeable so we sped through EVERYTHING quickly and painlessly. The Trek brand isn't going anywhere so I feel good about my purchase and I look forward to taking advantage of the complimentary service in about sixth month's time.
