The broadway location took the time to walk me threw cycling bicycle types tires to seats the really took the time to make sure my purchase would be an investment rather than a regret. Much better customer service than I was able to get compared to the San Pedro location.

I stopped in with a bike whose pedal came off. The repair guy got on it right away, rethreaded the flywheel and reattached the pedal. He told me no charge. This wasn’t even a bike I bought there! Exceptional and outstanding service.
