Your sales person came out and unloaded my bike for me after I parked. He was very helpful and showed me what I was doing wrong while shifting to high gear. I purchased three items while there, mainly because the sales person was so genuine and not pushy. I purchased my bike in 2014 at the Alamo Heights location and have it tuned up when necessary. These folks actually care about you, your bike and your cycling adventures. They're competent, courteous and professional with a broad range of knowledge and no grumpy bike mechanic snobbery. Unlike a lot of bike shops, they treat you more like family than customers. Which is why they have so many long term and repeat customers.

We were greeted warmly by Tim in sales and Jeremy in service who helped us with selecting a new bike. They took extra time to explain all features and options. We never felt rushed. Excellent customer service!
