I stopped in with a bike whose pedal came off. The repair guy got on it right away, rethreaded the flywheel and reattached the pedal. He told me no charge. This wasn’t even a bike I bought there! Exceptional and outstanding service.

My sales representative, Tim, was an experienced expert with decades of cycling experience. Not only did the help fit a friends bike for me so I could participate in my first Triathlon, they helped repair my youngest daughters bike so we could ride together.
