I came in to address a blistering on the front and rear tire. They were quick to address the issue and offer me a replacement. They have always been consistent with their amazing service and I will definitely continue to come back!

Options and helpful employees
Eddy at the Broadway store San Antonio (Alamo Heights) was extremely helpful in helping me find a new set of tires for my Trek 4500 mountain bike. Although the tires were not currently in stock Eddy was able to check incoming orders and give me an ETA on them. Upon arrival he called to let me know they had arrived and were being held for me.
Tim, Eddy and the rest of the Broadway team are extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. In addition, the mechanics at this location are friendly and knowledgeable and any work I have had done on my bikes was done quickly and correctly.
Tim's deep knowledge of both bikes and biking convinced me that buying from Bike World was my best choice. He spent 90 minutes fitting my bike and didn't try to upsell me with items I didn't need.
I looked at other stores but came back to Bike World because of the knowledgeable staff.
