Staff store was extremely friendly and offered to put on a mirror and some suggestions and walk-throughs how the bike works plus helping with any questions we had. Very good service!

Overall, great experience. I'd like to suggest that it would be helpful to point out the serial # of the bike for warranty and embossed # underneath the bike that is really hard to capture by yourself for records, insurance, etc. Maybe even offer to take your picture with the bike to get it registered in the national data base.
