Website could use some updating. I tried making my purchase multiple times before it would take. A few attempts showed inventory on hand but time of purchase I received that bike I added to cart was not available which grew frustrating. When purchase was finally made the time to receive my bike was inside of a week. When bike was delivered the box was in near perfect shape with the new bike being very well packed. Hats off to the packing and shipping team. So far I’m very happy with my purchase. Way to go Trek!!

It was great to have the bicycle delivered to and assembled by a professional shop. However, they did not receive my contact information so that they could contact me when it was completed. They didn’t know who’s bike it was until I called to ask them for an update.
