Bikes were fantastic, but unfortunately it was missing a key part in the toolkit and instructions were not updated for the model of bikes I got (The new Townie Go S). Had to send to a local dealer, Rotations Southampton, where they ordered the missing parts and finished assembly for $400+.

The bike is awesome. But I wouldn't recommend having bikes delivered to and assembled by Berts Bikes in Williamsville NY. They didn't even tighten everything and my drop post seat cable was installed too tight so my seat would sink down when I sit on it. Tires under inflated and brake and gear handles/triggers very oddly positioned.

The information provided helped make an informed decision.

Ordering online, then local bike shop assembles for pick up. Process is very easy and smooth and quick. I got the bike I wanted. Love the bike!

I am always concerned about getting the service you need from larger companies. Generally, I have found communicating with them is difficult and frustrating at best. However, Trek was not this way! What a blessing it was to know I would be able to get timely and knowledgeable support. I specifically need to give a shout out to Tiffany Duffield. She was AMAZING!! Please make sure she knows how thankful I am I was able to work with her!!

My local bike shop and Trek dealer ( Spring Street Sports, Chippewa Falls, WI) always takes great care of me, excellent service! The bikes are great, too! We have a fleet of family bikes, Trek has a bike for everybody and every stage of their journey.

Trek provided an extremely easy and user-friendly process to order a replacement brake lever for my kid’s bike. They even shipped it out over the 4th of July weekend and had it to me in less than 3 days. Awesome service from a brand that has stood the test of time in quality products and customer satisfaction.

Love that there is no crossbar, which makes it easy to mount and dismount. Also, no getting racked! Very sturdy and beautiful bike. I love the orange/red color and how smooth the ride is. The only "issue" I have is that there isn't a kickstand, but I think I can add one so no biggie.

I feel like trek always offers superior products and services.

The Service Manager, Russell Burwell has always bent over backwards to make sure my bike and I were taken care correctly and quickly all while making the process run smoothly. I can’t say enough about Russ and his staff! I will always use this Trek store for service even if it is an hour from my home.

my online trek purchase went well with the exception of not being sent a wheel wrench. I’d like to order and upgrade the wheels or at least change the tires in the near future. If possible, please send me a trek wheel wrench.

I was very happy with prompt delivery. The product was as advertised. I tried it on a flat tire and it worked flawlessly. Glad I purchased the portable, wireless and compact Trek air pump.

I ordered 2 trek bikes online. Delivery was perfect and accurate.
I didn't realize there were no kickstand included.
Called the company the gentleman was very nice and mailed out 2 kickstands free of charge and shipping

I liked the fact that they delivered the bike at a shop near my house so I didn't have to drive to the closest Trek store which would've been farther away.
