I have a two year old Verve 2 lowstep and I love it! I finally talked my wife into trading her old bike and getting a verve 2 lowstep as well. The shifting and disc brakes are awesome. My is Rage Red and hers Is Baja Yellow. The setup and selling process was smooth and she was able to try out a bike with an XS frame out back. She loves it.

The website was easy to use and of course the saddle was well made.

It is very convenient to review different bikes at leisure prior to making a purchasing decision. All information needed to compare Trek bicycles to another brand is on the web site. I like the detailed information on frame geometry and component specifications. It is also very convenient to be able to have the bike delivered to my local Trek store for final assembly and tuning prior to pick up. Overall, it is a very good experience. I do question Trek's sizing tables. I find that if followed, Trek would always recommend a frame that is one to two sizes larger than the recommendation resulting from a pre-purchase bike fit.

Easy to order and have shipped to my local shop for assembly. The one thing I would suggest is making the site explain better what your supposed to put for your address if you're having it delivered to your local shop. It's a little confusing as to whether you enter your address or your shop's address. I entered my shop's address because I wanted to make sure it didn't come to my house.

Fairly informative site. Many of the included specs on bikes are inconsistent though. Will show some info on one, but not another.

His communication was above standards and his attention to detail is surely noted and should be rewarded. This type of customer service is not very common out there, and again, I want to thank him and all your staff for your outstanding work.
