The brick and mortar Trek store I used to live near is one of the only bike shops that I haven't felt belittled or looked down on in. Most bike store employees I have encountered are impatient and judgmental with people still learning about bikes, but Trek employees are genuinely friendly, welcoming and happy to educate. This is what made me go to Trek's online store when looking for a new helmet and gloves, as I no longer live near a Trek store. I was pleasantly surprised that what I was looking for was on sale, so I ended up finding quality gear at an affordable price. I'm not usually one to write reviews or express brand loyalty, but I am a big fan of Trek and will be returning.

Trek helmet was 20 years old. My bike is the same age. Take it for tune ups each year and it runs like a champ!

Great bikes. Have ridden them for years. My old Trek road bike has been with me from Boulder, CO to San Francisco to Australia to Germany to England and lastly to North Carolina over a span of 40 years. I do have a new one now but it probably won't be as well traveled! Also have had two great hybrids.

It was pretty easy. Sizing is kind of confusing though. Luckily the local retailer helped me swap for a bike that was the appropriate size.
The staff is incredible! Miguel at the Rockville, MD location is the best. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a Trek owner for years and just bought our third pair of bikes (Allant 7s). I wouldn’t buy any other brand!
