A great team. I only had to order tubes, but they were very helpful setting up a new account.

Process was smooth. The communication was great. The bike was sent to my local Trek store, Foxboro Bike, and they did a great job assembling it.

The bike arrived exactly as pictured. No reason to believe the bike had ever been ridden. The only thing that would have been better was if an owners manual was included. Like a manual for a car. I own a 2012 Madone, but I have no experience with electronic shifting or disc brakes.

Pro Got an almost new bike at a discount. Pretty fast delivery. Very well packed. (I'm keeping the box for future use.).Easy, minimal assembly with good instructions.(Though I have too much experience to be a good judge.) Included tools are a bonus.

Con: Limited selection. Can't try before you buy. I bought an ebike for my wife, who is a very casual cyclist. She had tried out a similar model owned by a friend and said "Yeah, this will work." As an avid cyclist, I would be much more hesitant to buy a bike for myself online without being able to make sure I was getting the best size for me and that I would actually like it better than what I am currently riding.

The shop was easy to work with and offered a good financing program.
