Our Trek store people are very knowledgeable and helpful. I find Trek's pricing on chains, in particular, to often be very reasonable and I trust Trek will be selling me AUTHENTIC brand name chains. I also know they stand behind their customer satisfaction policy from my personal experience in trying and finally finding a comfortable saddle for the many thousands of miles I ride each year.

I will say, I tried several times during the COVID-19 pandemic to buy a Trek bike, but even toward the end of the pandemic, they just wouldn't give me a reasonable break on the price of the bikes I was interested in. Nevertheless, I admire and respect Trek as a company. My daughter loves her Trek which we bought just before the COVID-19 bike buying frenzy.

The staff at the Fredericksburg VA store are amazing. I am always greeted my my name and someone is always happy to help me. I wish there were more people like this at all the other stores that I shop.

The bike is great but it’s had its issues. 3km into my first ride the chain snapped in half. After my 3rd ride less than 100km total the handlebar wraps started coming off. A little disappointed with the amount of issues after spending so much money.
