james and ray were extremely helpful when assembling my bike and doing a simple fitting -- the result is excellent -- ray is so good at simple fits that i think the store ought to offer them as regular services -- if the worry is that they are not the full blown fittings done for professional riders, then call the service 'simple fittings' or 'matchings' or some other term

Purchasing the bike was very easy. When it turned out that I purchased the wrong size and the wrong geometry, it was very easy to return the bike.

Bike came well packed and quick. It had pretty nice tools and a nice shock pump with it. Felt like a white glove treatment. I bought it through redbarn program. Bike was in great shape looked almost brand new.

Pox are easy to order and the items arrive at my home quickly and safely. Also, returning irons are very easy.

It was very straight forward and easy to use.
Email communications were nice to get as far as the position and delivery went.

Bummer part was that a couple of months later one of the two bikes went on sale for $600 less than I paid. I spent a total of $13,000 on two bikes. I called the customer service line and they told be there was nothing they could do.

All my past bikes have been Trek. Four years ago I suffered a TBI and had to learn to walk again. After 4 years my balance is still not what it was. I was unable to ride my Trek bike alone. We connected with Jimmy at Wildside and he suggested the Townie. We also discussed adding training wheels, which we did. Now I’m riding the Townie on our long driveway until I’m comfortable taking the training wheels off. To date, the experience has been awesome!
