The bike I ordered was shipped to a local dealer who put the bike together and registered it for me. The local shop checked everything out to make sure the bike was working properly before handing it off to me.

I have gotten yearly tuneups, and I encourage everyone to get a trek the last their durable, they’re comfortable and we have become a trek family. As advertised. Arrived on time, good condition and very nice bike!

I was frustrated during my first encounter with the support chat line. They provided me with the number of the parts I was requesting, however upon receipt turned out to be incompatible with y bikes.

During a very lengthy conversation with Tiffany she discovered that one of the part numbers was incorrectly recommended and suggested that I order the correct part. That has been done and is in processing of being shipped.

She verified that the other part number was correct for my Viper Red bike but it does not fit correctly. I am waiting to see if the new ordered part does fit on my bike but not sure it can be obtained in the correct color.
