Two experiences with Trek: First, I purchased a new helmet online at trekbikes.com. The process was super easy. I knew the helmet and size I wanted. It was on sale and with a coupon, I got a great helmet at a great price. My new helmet was at my door in a couple days. Second, I purchased a new bike at the Trek store. My new Trek FX3 is awesome! Benton helped me find a bike that would fit my needs. He also helped me find all the accessories I would need. The process was quick and easy. In a short time, I was out the door with my new awesome bike. Great job at trekbikes.com and at the Trek Store. I highly recommend both.

Products are good. Returns have not been an issue. Unfortunately European sizes dont match up very well.
Maybe some items could be marked as Euro size. Ex. XL was way small on an average size male.
