There was an error in shipping (packages got crossed and sent to wrong customers). I called customer service, was sent a return shipping label for the incorrect product, sent out a new correct product to my house (original shipping method to my local bike shop), and I was able to confirm with the other customer that she was also contacted by Trek and had her product shipped to her in a timely manner.
The customer service rep provided outstanding service, and got the error corrected right away. Fortunately for me, my product was not an urgently needed one, so it all worked out just fine. Much appreciation!

Trekbikes.com had the exact matte black 7d 26T cruiser (on sale) that I wanted that local stores did not have in inventory. The order was filled promptly and the bike was assembled at my local dealer in a short time. Easy peasy.

I really liked that there were used bike options on Trek's website. I had more confidence in the quality and upkeep for this bike that I did getting one from a private seller. Trek did a great job in communicating shipping and tracking info so I knew exactly when I needed to be home to receive it. The box was packaged super securely and was relatively easy to put together. I have taken my new bike out for a ride and it handles like a dream. The only thing that was a little wonky in the whole process is that when I went to the indicated website for help in putting the bike together, it took me to an error page on the website and it did that even when I searched for that build-a-bike page. So, I had to answer my assembly questions elsewhere.
The guy I spoke to was super patient and knowledgeable. Was spot on with what I needed. Order was created quickly and was delivered the next day!

I ordered my Trek online and it was delivered to my local dealer in about 3 or 4 days. I was notified that my bike was ready the same day they received it. Seamless and very satisfied.
