First, Gene at Trek bicycle shop on Ft Lowell Rd in Tucson is the sole reason my wife and I purchased Trek bicycles.
Trek online has been a great tool to make purchases as we made our decisions after visiting the store and getting all the facts from Gene and the Trek Tucson team.

This is my second Trek bicycle (2020 Powerfly 5), have over 10000 miles on it with no problems so far, what else can I expect from a good brand?
Beautiful design, well made, durable & reliable bikes. So, can’t think about any other brand!
Just hope that you will continue to put Bosch systems on your ebikes which is the most innovative, most reliable & the best system that I’ve seen.

World-class bikes and superior suppprt!!

It was an easy and smooth experience. I was able to browse the various Mtn bikes and see which had the specs I wanted for the right price. Check out was easy and I liked the fact I could pick the dealer choice I wanted to pick up the bike rather then be forced to one. Overall I rate it 10/10 and plan to mention to friends and family if they are looking to get into cycling.
