I love the classes! I am a new member, having recently retired with a number one goal of “Getting more exercise” after having had a sedentary job and long daily commute. I was never a big “gym fan”, (walking was always my primary form of exercise), so was hesitant to join, but have found the classes to be stimulating and fun. I do Zumba ( with Cuqui!….it’s like being at a wedding!), mat pilates, yoga, and strength/cardio. I look forward to using the pool in the summer.
Another thing I love about the Y is that it is such a happy, friendly place. The participants and staff are so nice, and everyone is there just trying to be healthy. You can come as you are and there’s no pressure to wear fancy, skimpy exercise ware. I enjoy the variety of ages of participants. And I love that they have a jigsaw puzzle table!
I also appreciate the mission of the Y. It is a wholesome organization, a refreshing respite in today’s world. Some of my kids worked there as counselors during college, and my grandkids participate in Y Guides.
Finley is a big and clean facility that meets my needs for exercise. I enjoy the Thrive classes and being with other people in a group setting.

The instructors are great, the classes are always changing, the facility is always clean, and the other members are awesome.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection of exercise classes and I got selection of weight machines, and free weights.

I was initially a member of the YMCA as a child and went to my first summer camp at the YMCA. The YMCA taught me sportmanship and christian values as a child and helped to mold me into a rsponsible adult.

Our coach Jason - is so good. He clearly knows the game and boys! He is engaging and inspiring. He has a way of teaching them the game and yet also teaching sportsmanship. Thank you to coach Jason!
Alex is present, and he listens. He is a very good director. He has an excellent team of refs and score keepers. I recommend this program to everyone, and I would LOVE for it to continue through high school.
Great building. Love the classes, the childcare, the treadmills, the lounge and the sauna. Friendly people. Glad to be there.

Nice gym. Really enjoyed the strength training area and steam room.
Only exception is one guy was hogging the arm curl bench for 45 minutes- spending most of his time checking his phone, leaning on the bench, walking around, and even watching TV where the cardio equipment is located. He had his towel, cell phone, wallet, etc. sitting on or next to the curl bench like he was stating he owned it - so it’s a little difficult to move someone’s personal items to use this equipment. Please have exercise attendant make their rounds and speak to this obnoxious man. There is only one arm curl bench, and this guy may have used it 3 times inside of the 45 minutes I was there.
There are so many classes to choose from and the instructors are awesome!

The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly
