I love the Y and tell everyone I meet what a kind and accepting place it is. I would love to see more Pilates Sculpt classes - am curious if you'll consider adding?
I feel like part of the community, it's very endearing to be amongst friends working towards wellness.
I would love to see additional classes between 1PM and 4PM. The morning classes quickly fill to capacity, sometimes just hours after open registration. Additionally, more classes would reduce the lack of parking in the morning. This is a constant complaint I hear from many members - old and new.
I hear from many members who register in advance to "hold" a spot in a popular class then cancel late. Can something be done about that? When the sign-in kiosks were first installed, it was announced that it you cancelled late or were a no-show you would not be able to register going forward. Has this been implemented?
Can something be done about members who participate in class without registering? Take roll? Have a manager standing at the door? Or near the sign-in kiosk?
Many members have become complacent about wiping equipment. Can additional signs be placed around the equipment? Can the instructor announce a reminder to wipe the equipment? Is staff empowered to remind members when they observe noncompliance? Or empowered to thank a member when they observe compliance?

Front desk staff is always friendly! They are positive and welcoming, which I really needed as I have been doing my knee replacement therapy. They always compliment me on getting stronger. They make this rough rehab so much more bearable!

Great service and lots of work Out equipment
The people/staff are great. My trainer Jada is fantastic--really knows her stuff, does a good job at listening to her clients and pushing them in appropriate ways. It's a friendly, clean and inviting place.

Friendly staff and a great selection of equipment. Lisa Strong is my personal trainer and she is very attentive to my training needs and I’ve gotten great results.
i absolutely can not stand taking a shower after working out because of the water saving shower heads. It takes forever to wash the shampoo and soap off because the stream is so weak. I remember a time when we had normal showerheads and it took way less time to shower. How do the water saving heads save water if you have to spend 2-3x longer rinsing off????
