The outdoor pool!!
The ladies swim fitness class from 9 to 10am continues to be crowded with the 60 member admissions. It would be nice if for that one hour each morning you could reduce one of the swim lanes to give us more room for movement. The instructors are good and I enjoy the classes very much. It is wonderful that you have heated the outdoor pool.
The indoor pool is clean and well-maintained. The men’s swimsuit dryer/spinner (“suit mate”) at Finley Y routinely breaks down, and I believe that is because people put gym wear and shirts that don’t belong in it. It’s also unsanitary. The machine is designed for swim suits that were in chlorinated water. Would you please add a sign that says “swimsuits only” above the machine?
I love that the Finley Y has a time dedicated for women's basketball. As a woman, it is so hard to find a place to play safely. I spread the word all the time about the women's basketball on Friday mornings and women are so happy to hear about it. We have a group that have played at the Finley for about 20 years and it is a wonderful community.

Love that they’re constantly asking for member feedback and fixing things! Examples include temp/humidity in the group classroom and adding extra classes to the schedule based on request.
I really like the pool classes - the sun, the music, the instructors, and the members! Everyone is so nice!! Makes you feel like you belong!
I'm always welcomed by name and people are considerate, even when it's busy. The classes are always so diverse and fun. I enjoy taking care of myself here!

Staff
Our daughter had a fantastic time at the A.E. Finley YMCA Day Camp. She came home every day with a smile on her face, telling us how friendly and kind her counselors were. It’s clear that the staff creates a welcoming and supportive environment where the kids can thrive. As a parent, I was especially impressed with the excellent communication from the camp directors. The updates and clear information made me feel completely at ease, knowing my child was in great hands. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I enjoy the classes, especiallly the aqua aerobics.
However, the inside pool maintenance is lacking. The stainless perimeter, drains and lane dviders are building up a gray scum. It is most unappealing and potentially unhealthy.
There are also sewer flies in the upstairs ladies showers.
These are things can be easily remedied.

Instructors
The instructors are professional, knowledgeable and some make exercising fun! The staff is friendly and helpful! The environment is clean & welcoming! The social interactions are fabulous! The YMCA has incentives to keep us engaged!
