Lively atmosphere; great instructors
We loved the KidZone area and the breastfeeding area in the women's locker room was extremely helpful. I also loved the coffee/tea machine for the members, which is not at the Northwest Cary location that we usually visit.
Friendly and responsive staff. Focused on community and faith. Open to feedback, both positive and constructive. High care factor. Feels and is very different than other Ys I visit during my travels. Thanks for making us feel valued. BTW: on a fixed income, I do wish the year over year "automatic" price increases settle down so I can keep coming to Finley in the years ahead.
I can get in and out with an efficient workout. Everyone in the staff is very nice.
I really enjoy the Thrive classes. They are very beneficial to my well being.
Friendly, helpful staff; cleanliness of facility (locker room, steam room, pool and pool deck, et al.); availability of pool for lap swimming; and other amenities (towel service, bottle-filling station, plastic bags for wet items, lockers, etc.).

I appreciate that staff took the time to check out Sherry's Friday afternoon Thrive class and make changes to accommodate the large numbers of members attending the class. Hopefully, offering 2 sections of the class on Friday afternoons will eliminate the over crowding problem.

Just a great place for everyone as it is a community
The Finley Y has tons of great programs both in-house and in the community. That's really important to me. The staff and members are kind and welcoming, and the environment there while working out is encouraging and non-judgmental. It's a great place to help me hit my health goals and at the same time build meaningful community.

Beautiful clean facilities and friendly staff. I prefer the sauna to be warmer though at 174. That is the recognized best temperature.
The community! Everyone that works there is incredibly kind and helpful. I enjoy all the classes because I feel like part of a family.
The cost of the membership is not so high and there are a lot of classes to choose from.
The instructors are all good in the scheduled classes. Love the deep water workouts on WEdnesday at 8:30. Is there any possibilioty of adding another class?
