Great atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful. I do mostly Gentle Yoga and Thrive classes. I would like to see some Tai Chi, and I loved the Essentrics classes, though I did not like the instructor. Please consider Tai Chi, it is great for seniors.
One thing we like is the friendliness of the check-in-attendants….especially Beth, Aaron, and Georgina. My son and I go to the Y many Saturday and Sunday afternoons when they seem to be working.

I love the variety of classes and instructors. Each type of class adds something different to my exercise routine, and each instructor adds variety. Lately, I've been especially enjoying classes led by a relatively new instructor - Christina. She's so enthusiastic and welcoming to members of all exercise levels. I'd love to see her lead more classes at A.E. Finley.

Clean, friendly and a lot of variety
The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the variety and quantity of machines and weights are great. It doesn't seem to matter how many cars are in the lot - I'm always able to access the equipment I want when I'm there. Thank you for maintaining such a great facility!
I love pilates, yoga, and cycle classes! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. I rarely miss my classes. I also like the weight room. There are a lot of machines and weights to choose from!

I like the location, the staff, and people there. It seems like there is always something broken that takes weeks to fix.
The counselors are great! They offer time for homework but also lots of time for fun. Many social lessons are learned as they have their supervised free play time :)
Everyone working there is great and pretty good about communication. Our child has had a few problems with getting into others' things and they've done a decent job of keeping an eye on her with regards to that, etc.
In previous years I had other children in the program and their experience was fabulous. One loved that they played flag football every day.
Staff and everyone there are super friendly. Great place to socialize while you exercise!
