I love A.E. Finley YMCA - all the staff and members, and wish I had joined 30 years ago!
The staff is extremely friendly and installations are kept in good condition.
The facilities and equipment are wonderful! More importantly, the staff are as amazing! Finley offers something for everyone! I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking find a fitness home.
Quality of the facility. The staff are great
I love my personal trainer sessions. Also the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly!
Well cared for facilities and welcoming knowledgeable staff.
good place to change clothes and very good weights and swimming pool; Ron Halbrooks
I am a senior citizen and love the thrive classes. They’re challenging (younger members also participate) but achievable.

Big fan. I love that my children get to experience such a wholesome place that welcomes everyone.
Classes, but I can generally only come at 445. I don't like some of them, so it would be nice if while say body combat is going on in big studio, pilates or lean and fit or something more gentle could be going on in the other studio.
I LOVE the daily offering of a range of fitness classes, and the span of times that the are offered especially the evening and weekend times (I do wish there was another class offered on Saturday after yoga wraps ... like at 1:00 or 1:30). The instructors -- all of them (!!!) are excellent!
I attend 4 to 5 times a week; and those classes are the among the highlights of the week.
I love the heated outdoor pool! Staff is great too. Very grateful!
I love the Y classes--especially yoga and pilates. That said, the sign in process and the use of the App to book classes is annoying and doesn't work much of the time. I have experiences numerous issues with using the app to sign up for classes and am now at the point where I will just show up for the classes I desire.
Everything!
I love the community at Finley. Everyone is so nice! I enjoy going there
Fitnesd Classes, great class teachers, aquasize.
I love the classes, the variety of classes; excellent instructors, Good facilities and lockerrooms.
The one focus area of the YMCA that needs improvement is the out of town policy for pool visitors. When we have guests, with kids under 16 visit, the natural place to go is the the YMCA pool, and the policy of paying $25 is ridiculous. The Y should let members bring out of town guests under 16 for either free or less than $5 per visit
Excellent
The staff is so friendly and helpful! They ask how you and your family are doing and are genuinely interested in your life.
The staff are so kind and friendly and many of them make great effort to remember your name and greet you. The human touch here is incredible. The members are also very cordial and encouraging. I love that there are a variety of classes to choose and every instructor is very nice and tries their best to make your workout fun and rewarding. A truly great place to be!
Community. I’ve been a member since 1989 (with a hiatus in the ‘90s)
BUT:
While I understand the need for class sign-up, I’ve found that it discourages me from class participation. I’ve gotten on waitlists only to be notified that I’ve been moved into the class at the moment it starts— when I can’t get there. I think it might be fruitful to have a required text confirmation 2 hours before class start time, to reduce last-minute dropouts.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, and plenty of equipment.
The classes offered, time availability and the staff and instructors.
The staff have been great. I also like the facilities. It was nice to try a steam room again. The two classes I have attended. I’m also really enjoyed
Friendly staff, cwell appointed workout areas, enjoying the TaiChi class lately as well as the sauna and steam room after
Location, staff, fitness classes, kidz zone, outdoor pool

The fact that the Finley Y plays such an important role in the community and lives of its members.
