cameras in the classrooms, especially with the toddlers.
there have been a few occasions where my child has had an incident report and I just have to go along with what was written in the report and trust that the teacher is being honest but it would build a better rapport between the facility and families if there were cameras that the parents are able to pop in and monitor through an app or device.

The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness of the facility. They offer some fun activities and classes to take on a rainy day.
I love the variety and number of classes and programs, as well as the staff and facility. I do wish you accepted Silver Sneakers and had a sauna and separate carpeted locker room from the pool locker rooms.
I am greeted when I arrive. The facilities are clean and the exercise room equipment is in good condition. The operating hours work well for me. It is a place that I enjoy

I joined in October 2025 primarily for the pools, I am a lap swimmer.
I have been consistently pleased with cleanliness, organization, and the facilities. The staff are always pleasant and kind. I use the facility about 3 to 4 times a week.
I like the fitness classes that are offered daily. The instructors keep it interesting by offering a variety of exercises. They are professional and personable.
I went today to Zumba Gold—fitting it in to my tight schedule as it’s one of the few classes offered that I’m interested in & now I have to pay because my insurance no longer covers the membership. It was once again cancelled & no one sent an email to inform us—instead they play a lame video. The Y staff member was pretty rude & defensive & basically said you have too many classes to inform everyone about every cancellation.
I’ve said dozens of times in these surveys that you need to offer more classes—variety. A second Zumba Gold class would be great. I know Natalie isn’t available but maybe someone else is.

The pool is very well maintained as well as the woman's locker room and family bathrooms. The pool staff has been very friendly. I love that I can get into the pool very early in the morning to start my day!
