Photos were great and sent very quickly.
The pictures of my daughter were crooked. The Grad Team was able to straighten half of them, so I could order some. I would have liked to order the close-up ones, but it was not possible to straighten them.

for the pictures to be as expensive as it was, you would think the pictures would be clear and better quality. Also other graduates got multiple poses and others only got one? the photographers didn’t look to make sure things weren’t tangled or if other things needed to be removed. poor quality in my opinion.

Photo price is insane, thus the average score of 5.
The photographer had only 2 poses, and unfortunately, one was with a thumbs up. Not what we wanted. The pictures also had an orange tint.

I submitted a request and never received a response. Responding to your customers would be a good first step.
When I was editing the photo that I purchased. The up and down feature worked but the left to right did not. So, the grad is not centered.
It is so expensive!!
I’m still waiting for a response from the online help desk regarding the dark and blurry print I received with my order. Not at all like the proof. I would like for the one photo to be redone. The rest are okay.
As an international student I found it difficult to get information timely. This resulted in my photo not being provided in time for it to be on screen at the ceremony and not getting a graduation sash. However the event was well organized and I am thankful for the experience to walk the stage.

The photos were nice, but the 8 x 10 photo arrived bent in half vertically. The 5 x 7 photos were fine but the 8x10 is permanently damaged.

I haven't received the photo prints to this day, and I've written several times without anyone responding to my complaint.
If you're paying sixty bucks just to get your name off of the photo.So I can download it, that's ridiculous.That's why you got the score you got from me.Cause I have not received a photo from you.And that's what I thought I was getting, so thank you, and no, thank you
Loved the video of the graduation—especially as we couldn’t really see it from our seats. The pictures than before and those of the procession into the hall were great! Really happy with the quality. Pricing was fair too
The print copies I received of the photographs were very dark and did not reflect the overall quality I saw in the digital copies. I was really disappointed when I saw their poor quality.
