Disappointed how expensive the photographs were. As a college student, I'm already on a tight budget.
Nice work
As a parent I would’ve loved to had a picture with her shaking hands with Dr.Wilson. A frontal view. It should’ve been a pause and look. I had no good pictures worth spending the money, however I still purchased something.
Prices for digital purchases. We all know it doesn't cost nearly as much overhead to buy digital format.

The last four picture proofs weren't even my kid and the two prior to the only had half my kids face and was blurry or almost unrecognizable. Please do better at making sure the right kid goes to the right parent for ordering. Wish there were more proofs to choose from of MY kid.

Easy to order, great pictures
The photos were amazing and I’m incredibly grateful for them! However, the prices were extremely predatory. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford them, but many people and families are not that fortunate. These graduates spend tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend OSU, and then have to pay $60+ if they even want one photo of their graduation. Due to the scale of OSU’s graduation, close up photos during the ceremony of grads is not possible for family members to do, and the prices reflect that you are aware of this and capitalize on it. The fact that the photos are available for a “limited time” and increase in price after a month is also predatory by creating a sense of scarcity and urgency which pressures families to buy. I am aware that the cameras needed to take the photos are costly, but again OSU grads spend tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend OSU. The photos should be available at an affordable price as a courtesy and a thank you to grads, even if just for a short time. Maybe then after a month or so increase to the higher prices, but at least give the families who are not as well off an opportunity to purchase these amazing memories of their grads. The photos themselves were wonderful, thank you!

On one of the photos, without being requested, or advised it would be done, writing was added to one of the photos.

Captured a great picture and the cards are very well made.
Service was fine, it's the images I'm "meh" about. I don't look for reasons to complain or be unhappy, they just aren't what I expected or what I received from another company when my daughter graduated in the same venue 2 years ago. In hers, they had the students face the chairs with other graduates and set the flags up on either side so there was more intention. They also received pre-instruction on where to hold their diploma so that it made it into the picture. The pictures I received this time look like I snuck down to the floor and took them myself. I'm very happy to have the one I purchased, I just don't feel it's representative of a professional charging a premium for their product.
The photos were well done. I loved that we could crop or alter the photo to some degree if we desired. I loved that there were multiple options to choose from and I was extremely pleased that some affordable packages were offered.
Thank you immensely for offering this service! I don't know how else we would have been able to capture these memories.
