It was cool that you were able to take so many pictures and then use face recognition to find all the pics of my daughter, but the cost was way too high, especially considering how much I have paid to OSU over the last few years. $40 for a jpeg seems way too high

I do like the portrait pictures with the different backgrounds. I especially like that I can simply get the digital file. I like to create photo books and the digital files allow me to do that.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Got bombarded with texts/emails to buy. Even after I’d purchased. Then in the mail. The prices were outrageous for most of the same photo with a green screen background image. Or zoomed in version. I guess you’re trying to give options. But it just felt a cop out & a way of trying to make even more money for purchasing same photo but different background. Rip off really. There were shadows on my son’s face. Which I didn’t notice until I’d paid for the pictures. Even if in had noticed beforehand it would have cost even more crazy prices for you to edit! As a professional photographer that’s not new to graduation ceremonies, we’d expect much better quality photos.

What could we do to improve?

I wish there had been a prior notification about the photography schedule. During the event, I wasn't aware that multiple photos would be taken beyond just the two planned settings. Knowing this in advance would have helped me prepare and be more camera-ready—like ensuring I was set up and smiling for the shots. Additionally, it would have been better if the portraits could have been taken ahead of time, while the graduates were waiting. As the ceremony went on, it became increasingly uncomfortable; I started to feel sweaty, and my makeup began to wear off. Taking all the graduates' photos beforehand would have likely improved the overall quality of the images.

We pay out our butts for our kids to attend college! Then have a crap graduation because they aren't getting their doctorates! Then you expect us to pay out our butt for pictures! Not a happy parent all the way around!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was really disappointed that no pictures were taken of my son receiving his diploma or shaking hands with the president of CNM. I was looking forward to framing a close up photo of my son in his cap and gown. None of the photos taken were up close and just of him. I did order a couple photos, but not as many as I would have had better photos been taken.

Technically it wasn’t you or your team! It was the person taking the pictures they were horrible! Mouth open without any warning, tassel in his face no warning or notification stating hey ready or smile. Would have ordered more if pictures were nicer!

Shipping on my photo order is slow. I'm still waiting for my photos that were ordered over two weeks ago. I know that there is a disclaimer stating that the photos can take up to three weeks to arrive but sheesh, I didn't think it would actually take three weeks.

Horrible photos, they even uploaded photos with eyes closed for us to purchase. We did purchase a few other pictures to keep but are not happy with the photos in general. Never seen such unprofessional pictures taken at such important life events. DU should seriously consider to find a better alternative for any future events.

My grandson graduated on June 15 from Oregon State University the next day on the 16th. We ordered pics from your company. I believe I haven’t received them yet so I thought maybe it the order didn’t go through so I checked my banking $107 was taken out so I’m wondering when I’m gonna get my pics I understand the school had like 3000 kids graduate and I’m sure you’re trying to finish it but if you can text me back quickly that they’re on their way or it’s taking longer than you thought. I’m just a little disappointed because he picked out the ones that he wanted and I was gonna frame him for his mother and himself. My number here is Phone number removed but then you have my email. You can do that too. I would love to find out if there was an order for that graduate his name is Ashtin Connell

The prices are costly and while I know how blessed I am to have the supports I do I know there are others who do not have the same supports I do but rather they are the supporters. We all work equally hard to get to graduation. I think if there were a way to pay for photos with financial aid or if scholarships are offered to give everyone more of a fair opportunity to be able to remember this momentous event. Thank you.
